Secure Information
The only users who will have access to patient information are the practice, the patient and medical professionals with whom the patient agrees to share their information.
Your SpringCharts Patient Portal site will use the same type of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) account security used by many major retailers and financial institutions. Furthermore, your site's security is approved by VeriSign™, the dominant certificate authority on the World Wide Web. Patient information is also stored behind a "firewall" that protects you and your patients’ information from unauthorized users. All information is stored in NoMoreClipboard’s corporate data center at its U.S. based headquarters.
SpringCharts Patient Portal records are further protected with your patients’ personal log-in and password and are not accessible to anyone without their knowledge, so long as they keep their log-in and password confidential. They are the only person who can ever see, create, change, or delete their SpringCharts Patient Portal record.
SpringCharts will never share any of your practice or your patients’ information, including email addresses, without your express permission.
