SpringCharts Complete - Private Internet Training
Our Private Internet Training is offered through our training partner, Med-Soft National Training Institute (MNTI).
The minimum 20 hour course* is a live webinar for your practice only. MNTI will schedule the hours to match your schedule and usually over a few weeks so you can get the maximum value out of your training. There is just too much to learn in one training session, so the training professionals will make sure your practice has experience with SpringCharts between training sessions so you can really learn all of the features. The class is taught by experts in electronic medical records and general medical office operations. Several hours are also devoted to customizing SpringCharts to your office needs. The minimum hardware requirements are: A Windows or Macintosh computer, a High-Speed Internet Connection and a Speaker Phone. If you have a large practice, you can have up to 10 connections or you can use an online projector so several people can watch together. A comprehensive training guide is available for download or hard copies can be purchased for a nominal fee. Typical practices are fully functional with SpringCharts within weeks of their purchase.
SpringCharts Complete Course Content Includes:
- In-depth, comprehensive instruction on all SpringCharts' central features and functions.
- Live demonstration of SpringCharts utilizing the SpringCharts Demo over the Internet.
- Schedule set to match your practice schedule.
- A full customization of the program to fit your medical office needs is included.
- Re-creating your current forms and documents to be stored and used electronically in SpringCharts can also be provided.
*The minimum number of training hours is 20 (Chiropractic training minimum is 8), the actual number of hours may be more depending upon the size of the clinic.
SpringCharts 101 – DVD set with customization webinar
SpringCharts 101 utilizes the same basic curriculum as SpringCharts Complete but is a less expensive option for those practices on a tight budget. The level of training is usually lower than our SpringCharts Complete option since no trainer is involved, but can be effective for smaller practices. The training is provided through a set of DVDs organized around the structure of the SpringCharts Training Guide. The Training Guide is available on the DVD set or hard copies can be ordered for a nominal fee.
The 4 hours of customization service is conducted by our training partner Med-Soft National Training Institute (MNTI). MNTI will set a schedule for the session and discuss what your practice needs to do to prepare for the customization. As soon as the customization is done and your practice has spent time training with the DVD set, you are ready to start using SpringCharts EHR. Typical practices are fully functional with SpringCharts within weeks of their purchase.
SpringCharts Custom Internet Training Modules
Our Custom Internet Training Modules allow current SpringCharts customers to provide refresher training for current employees or to train new employees whether they are doctors or staff. We also offer Document Customization where our experts assist you in creating custom documents in SpringCharts to use as data entry templates or as structured information resources. Two of the options allow for variable hours depending on your needs. The minimum hardware requirements are: A Windows or Macintosh computer, a High-Speed Internet Connection and a Speaker Phone. If you have a large practice, you can have up to 10 connections or you can use an online projector so several people can watch together.
Custom Internet Training Modules:

SC Refresher (Priced per hour, 2 hour minimum, unlimited number of trainees) - Covers specific features in SpringCharts as determined by the customer in consultation with our training staff. Ideal for practices that have recently upgraded or desire a refresher. Requires consultation with our MNTI training staff.

SC Core Clerical (4 hours, up to 3 trainees, ideal for new staff) – Covers items such as scheduling, tracking, referral letters, patient check-in, etc. Minimal templates and pop-up text will be covered. Private Internet Webinar

SC Core Clinician (6 hours, up to 3 trainees, ideal for new staff). – Covers items such as entering vitals, chief complaints, exam room procedures, basic office visit notes, etc. Templates and pop-up text will be covered thoroughly.

SC Core Physician/Provider (8 hours, up to 3 trainees, ideal for new staff). – Covers extensive office visit notation, administration, etc. Templates and pop-up text will be covered extensively.
SC Document Customization (Priced per hour, 2 hour minimum) – Any paper documents that the practice currently uses that they need in SpringCharts can be created by MNTI. Two hours covers about 2 to 4 documents, depending on complexity.
