Spring Medical offers flexible training options designed to meet the needs of any medical practice. Each offers affordable and quality instruction that emphasizes real-world, practical application.

Spring Medical offers a range of flexible training options designed to help doctors and staff members get up to speed and using SpringCharts to its full potential as quickly as possible. These include On-Site Training, Internet Training and our acclaimed Tutorials CD.

Each of these methods offer quality, in-depth information explained within the context of real-world medical practice scenarios. Choose one or all of the programs and expect to see an almost instant boost to productivity in your practice.

On-Site Training

Our On-Site Training is offered in conjunction with our training partner, Med-Soft National Training Institute (MNTI).

The 2-day course* is taught in your office by experts in electronic medical records and general medical office operations. A full day is given to customizing SpringCharts to your office needs. A comprehensive training guide is included for each User.

Training Course Content Includes:

In-depth, comprehensive instruction on all SpringCharts' central features and functions.
Hands-on learning utilizing the computers in the clinic.
A full customization of the program to fit your medical office needs.
Re-creating your current forms and documents to be stored and used electronically in SpringCharts.
An extra "Go-Live" day with the trainers can be added to this package.

*The minimum number of training days is 2, the actual number of training days, and the number of trainers, may be more depending upon the needs and size of the clinic.

Internet-based Training

Our Internet-based Training utilizes the same curriculum as our on-site course but is conducted over the Internet. The minimum requirements are: A Windows or Macintosh computer, a High-Speed Internet Connection and a Speaker Phone. A comprehensive training guide is included for each user.

There are two options to Internet training: Group training and Custom training

Group Internet Training:

Offered monthly.
Your office will join other medical offices in the same Internet teaching session.
Conducted over 2 half days (2nd Wednesday, 10 - 2 Eastern Time; 2nd Thursday, 10 - 1:30 Eastern Time).
In-depth, comprehensive instruction on all SpringCharts' features and functions.
Plus an additional 4 hours of Internet customization exclusively for each practice.
Total of 11.5 hours of training/customization..

Private Internet Training:

Internet training offered exclusively for your office.
Tailored time frame to fit your office needs.
In-depth, comprehensive instruction on all SpringCharts' features and functions.

Minimum of 16 hours of training/customization (more hours for larger practices)..

SpringCharts Tutorials CD

Our Tutorials CD is a quality self-learning tool that enables doctors and staff members to brush up on key functions in SpringCharts at their own pace. More than 30 individual topics are included covering both basic and advanced features and techniques. Each is illustrated with product screenshots and includes practical examples of everyday office functions. This CD can also be used to help train new employees on key SpringCharts functions.
