Chart Evaluation

The Chart Evaluation function provides a powerful, yet flexible tool for assessing a Patient Chart.  Any number of evaluation criteria can be set up with the dialog box below.  Then, when in the patient chart, a Chart Evaluation can be requested based on the pre-defined criteria.
