Office View
SpringCharts puts the tools you need where you need them.
SpringCharts' Office View screen provides an 'at-a-glance' view of current
appointments, messages, to-do's & reminders and patient tracking
functions. Easy access to all other features and functions is
available from intuitive menus.
The Office View includes the following
functional areas:

The Office View Menu Bar provides
access to the global functions of SpringCharts. |

The Center Panel can be used to
schedule any number of resources: doctors, nurses, rooms, etc.
Multiple views are available to allow the user to toggle from
one resource schedule to another. |

The ToDo List is unique to the
user who is signed on at this computer. ToDo items can be
initiated by anyone in the office, may be linked to a patient
and can be scheduled for future dates as reminders. |

The Patient Tracker shows the
status of every patient in the office. The tracker
locations are fully customizable, and there are colored flags
available to replace the traditional flags outside exam rooms. |

The Messages Panel is an email
inbox for the user signed on to this computer. |
|
The User Center provides ready
access to Spring Medical Systems support resources.
