PopUp Text (Mini-Templates)
Each area of the Patient Chart can be
populated in many ways. The most common way is with PopUp Text,
sometimes called Mini-Templates. In this example, the
Review of Systems note entry can be completed by selecting the
Review of Systems tab and then clicking or tapping on text
such as "No loss of sensation.", which will then be added to the
Subjectives portion of the note.
