Patient Chart
The Patient Chart screen shows the patient's vital
information at a glance. The information on the left hand side
lists the key information about a patient which changes little.
The information on the right hand side records events in a 'Tree'
structure. Detailed data may be easily accessed and edited from
either side of the chart with a
single click.
